2. Platform Description & Eligibility

PowerPicks provides AI-generated sports predictions, analytics tools, confidence ratings, and market research features for entertainment and educational purposes. We are not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator and do not accept, process, or facilitate wagers of any kind.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use PowerPicks. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use does not violate any laws applicable in your location.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any user at any time and for any reason, including if we believe a user is accessing our services from a jurisdiction where sports analytics information services may be restricted.

Certain features on PowerPicks require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually depending on the plan selected). You may cancel at any time; however, no partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

Pricing may change at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material pricing changes in advance. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue features or services without prior notice.

All content provided by PowerPicks — including picks, confidence scores, Positive EV results, Trap Detector alerts, and Line Movement data — is strictly for informational and entertainment use. Specifically:

• Our content does not constitute betting advice or financial recommendations
• Historical accuracy and past results are not indicative of future performance
• Predictions may contain errors or inaccuracies despite our best efforts
• Our tools should not be your sole basis for making any wagering decisions
• All sports outcomes involve inherent uncertainty and risk

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, POWERPICKS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF OUR SERVICES. 9. Governing Law & Disputes
